In each coaching session, we’ll review what went well last week, what challenges popped up, and then we’ll brainstorm strategies to overcome them. It’s all about setting actionable goals and finding practical solutions.

But here’s the opportunity – throughout this journey, you’ll start to break down those mental barriers holding you back and explore fresh perspectives you might not have considered before. It’s like unlocking a whole new level of potential!

Let’s talk more about leadership coaching – it’s like having a secret weapon for levelling up your leadership skills and taking your career to new heights. Leadership coaching is all about honing your abilities, refining your style, and navigating the challenges of leadership with confidence. It’s like having a trusted advisor in your corner, helping you unlock your full potential as a leader.

At the heart of leadership coaching is the relationship between you and your coach. You stay connected, keeping each other updated on your progress, and receiving ongoing support and feedback tailored specifically to your leadership journey.

So, here’s the deal after each coaching session: with the help of your coach, you’ll set some actions to keep moving towards your big goals, step by step, week after week. And between sessions, you’ll stay on track by holding yourself accountable – to you and your coach.

Some clients like to shoot their coach a quick email once or twice a week to update them on how things are going. It’s all about keeping the lines of communication open and staying laser-focused on those individual goals.

Now, here’s the secret to success: you own this whole process. That means being upfront about what’s working and what’s not, sticking to your commitments, and staying true to your goals no matter what.

Technology enables coaching anytime, anywhere, breaking barriers and making support accessible to all.

In our digital age, connectivity is key, making teleconferencing or videoconferencing preferred for coaching. Face-to-face sessions remain an option, depending on location.  Whether virtual or in-person, coaching adapts to your needs, empowering growth on your terms.

Let’s dive into coaching – making real changes in behaviour and habits is no small feat. It’s a journey that requires time and dedication, but the payoff is worth it.

When it comes to coaching, our approach is all about giving you the support you need to succeed. Typically, we suggest committing to at least 6 to 10 hours of coaching time. But remember, we’re not just here for those sessions – you can always reach out via email or phone whenever you need some extra guidance or support.

Our standard sessions run for about 60 minutes, giving us ample time to dig deep into your goals and set the stage for progress. As we get into a rhythm and build a solid rapport, we can adjust to shorter 45-minute sessions if that suits you better.

Now, let’s talk timing. Real change doesn’t happen overnight, so we usually recommend dedicating a few months to coaching for substantial personal and professional growth. Ending prematurely might yield some short-term improvements, but to solidify those changes, you need time and consistency.

And when it comes to debriefing after a tough incident or strategising for the future, we’ve got you covered. Our focused sessions are designed to help you reflect, learn, and take actionable steps to boost your resilience and navigate challenges with confidence.

Between our coaching sessions, you can count on your coach to provide guidance, support, and a review of any exercises or activities we’ve discussed and agreed. This period is highly valuable because it often leads to significant breakthroughs. Clients who stay in touch between sessions tend to see better results – partly because of the extra coaching they receive and partly because it helps them stay focused on their goals.

So, feel free to keep those lines of communication open. We’re here to help you stay on track and achieve those big wins!

Just a heads-up: while coaching is incredibly helpful, it’s not the same as psychotherapy or counselling. It’s important to understand that coaching isn’t meant to replace those services. If you ever feel like you need professional counselling or therapy, it’s totally fine – you should seek out a licensed professional who can help you out.

If during our coaching journey, your coach thinks you could benefit from those services, they’ll be sure to let you know and help you find the right resources. Your well-being is a top priority.

Just wanted to touch base on something important: during our coaching sessions, we might chat about personal stuff, future plans, business matters – you name it. Your privacy matters to us so we won’t talk about any of your info to anyone else without your say-so. 

Likewise, we have some intellectual property stuff to protect too. So, we’d appreciate it if you could keep any coaching materials or methods we share with you just between us. Thanks!

Quick heads-up: if you need to cancel, please give your coach a heads-up at least 24 hours before your session. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, sorry, no refunds or credits.

But hey, life happens, right? If something comes up last minute, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to find a new time that works for both of us.

We’ll send through an invoice for services after each session or as mutually agreed. We do provide other services in addition to coaching, and these will be billed at a prorated hourly rate (agreed in advance) and will be paid within 14 days or as agreed with your coach.

Just so you know, if you ever want to cancel our contract, all you need to do is to let your coach know – whether it’s a quick call or an email. No fuss, no hassle. Oh, and just a heads-up: if your coach ever feels like it’s not the right fit anymore, they might have to call it quits on their end. But no worries, they’ll steer you towards someone who can help you out better.
